ELC-630 Telescopic lifting tower in leon

Its four telescopic sections with reinforcement bushing in its terminal, are made of high strength steel (S235 JRH, DIN EN 10219-1: 2006) with textured paint finish (Epoxy) with double treatment for outdoor use.

The sections are extended by sets of pulleys with bearings and anti-torsion steel cable Ø 4 mm with galvanized steel inner wire (composition: 19 × 7 + 0) specially designed for lifting loads.

The tower is equipped with spirit level, protective plates that cover all the pulleys and with cable exit roll, avoiding that these are damaged and preventing the cable from getting out of the pulleys.
The telescopic sections are locked to the desired height by means of high-resistance locking systems.

The lifting of the load is carried out by means of a manual winch autofrenable Ref. CF450, which avoids the recoil and paralyzes the load to the desired height (when the crank is released, the winch blocks the load in its place avoiding the recoil).

The winch, certified for a maximum load of 450 kg.

Compact steel base with epoxy finish (double treatment), with 2 high-resistance wheels (Ø 100 mm) for convenient handling and transport of the tower (truck-type).

Its four removable legs are equipped with leveling screws with double step and speed, with anti-slip discs for a perfect fit to all types of surfaces.

Its small dimensions and its light and compact design allow a comfortable and easy handling to your workplace, being able to transport in any tourism.

The construction of this lift is made with the most advanced welding equipment that guarantees maximum safety and resistance, complying at all times with the requirements of solidity, maneuverability and lightness necessary for the lifting of loads.

The ELC-630 tower is certified with BGV C1 safety standards; DIN 1055; DIN 18800; BGV D8; 2006/42 / EC; DIN 15560-27.

Very important: The ELC-630 towers are not manufactured for lifting people.
